Multi-Vehicle Accident

6/23/23. At approx 5 PM a vehicle collided at a high rate of speed into another vehicle waiting to turn left at the itnersection of Otay Lakes Road & Lake Crest Drive. The speeding driver went approx 45-50 MPH dead on into the vehicle waiting at the red light. The car that was hit was hit so hard it spun 180 degrees and landed approx 50 feet away getting pinned up against the stop light. All airbags did deploy and the driver was taken in the ambulance to the ER immediately. The vehicle impacted was a total loss. 

Note - The impacted vehicle was being driven by Don M, Rolling Hills Ranch Neighborhood Watch Captain.
